Company Communications

Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) mean there are new options available to APC shareholders as to how you receive communications from the Company.

APC will no longer be sending physical meeting documents unless you request a copy to be posted. As part of the Company’s commitment to improving shareholder value, we encourage you to elect to receive all communications electronically.

By choosing this option you will:

• support the Company that you hold an ownership in by helping us to reduce the thousands of dollars spent on printing and postage costs per year;
• receive your investor communications faster and in a more secure way; and
• help the environment through the need for less paper.

Shareholders can still elect to receive some or all of their communications in physical or electronic form, or elect not to receive certain documents such as annual reports. To review your communications preferences, or sign up to receive your shareholder communications via email, please update your details via the Automic website (link above).
